Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current School Psychologist certification or credential valid in Alabama Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field Proven experience conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing a variety of behavioral and academic interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents Proficient in counseling techniques and comfortable providing crisis intervention as needed Ability to manage multiple caseloads and support students across grade levels
