This part-time opportunity offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule in a structured outpatient clinic dedicated to serving our nation's Veterans. Providers perform Behavioral Health disability evaluations and complete standardized documentation that supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs disability benefits process. This is an evaluation-only role ...there is no ongoing treatment, therapy, medication management, or patient panel . Adult Veterans Responsibilities Review service treatment records and pertinent medical history Conduct comprehensive Behavioral Health disability evaluations Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Provide medical opinions when requested Document findings accurately within a secure electronic medical record system Submit completed evaluations within required timelines
Qualifications Required:
Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD/PsyD) or Medical Doctor/Osteopathic Doctor (MD/DO) specializing in Psychiatry Active, unrestricted U.S. license Strong diagnostic interview and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
