Qualifications & Experience:

Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) School Psychologist credential required Previous experience working with students ages 5-22 strongly preferred Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Skilled at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with IEP process and relevant federal/state laws

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and write relevant reports Interpret assessment data for eligibility and planning purposes Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, providing recommendations for interventions and accommodations Offer consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions Assist in crisis intervention and provide counseling as needed Travel as necessary between Lancaster and Chatsworth locations This role places you at the heart of meaningful work, allowing you to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their communities.
