Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Part-Time Psychological Testing Assistant to support our clinical team in administering and scoring standardized psychological assessments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with administering the below assessments. Please do not apply to this position if you do not have any experience in psychological assessment administration. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards in handling sensitive client information. You will need to be registered with the California Board of Psychology (CA BOP) as a Psychological Testing Assistant/Technician. Administer cognitive and behavioral assessments under supervision of a licensed psychologist (specific tests described below). Assist in preparation and management of testing materials. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results. Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards, including CA BOP regulations and HIPAA. Support clinical staff with additional assessment-related tasks as needed. Experience with neuropsychological and psychological testing procedures. Proficiency in working with children and adults with learning differences or neurodivergence. Experience with the following assessments:
WAIS-5, WISC-5, WRAML-3, ADOS-2, MIGDAS, IVA-2, WIAT-4, BASC-3
Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Must be registered with the California Board of Psychology (CA BOP) as a Psychological Testing Assistant/Technician. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining client confidentiality. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with licensed psychologists and other clinical staff.
Pay:
$33.00 - $38.00 per hour
