Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Graduate degree in School Psychology or closely related field Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and interpreting results Understanding of IEP processes and developing targeted intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with parents, teachers, and support staff Ability to provide both direct and consultative services to students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret findings Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing key insights and recommendations Collaborate with teachers and families to design and implement behavioral and academic interventions Offer individual and group counseling to support students' emotional and mental well-being Contribute to crisis intervention and preventative programming within the school community Maintain organized documentation in accordance with school and district standards Support and advise on best practices regarding student learning, behavior, and overall development
