What You'll Do Every day looks a little different, but your role may include: Providing psychotherapy and psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults Conducting psychological and diagnostic evaluations Supervising psychological associates, interns, and practicum students Teaching weekly didactic seminars and case conferences Participating in consultation and multidisciplinary treatment planning Mentoring future psychologists as they develop their clinical skills Helping develop innovative clinical programs Participating in clinical research and quality improvement projects if that interests you Collaborating with an incredibly supportive and approachable team Who We're Looking For We're much more interested in finding the right person than checking every possible box.
