Massman Companies is hiring for a Field Service Technican at our ADCO site in Sanger, CA. This is a great opportunity with benefits and vacation pay. Check us out! This is an intermediate-level role responsible for independently performing service, maintenance, and installations of machines. Supports customers by resolving issues in the field, ensuring proper operation, and providing training when required. This position is responsible for traveling to customer sites to oversee installation, start-up, troubleshoot, rebuild, repair, and train customers on most of ADCO's product line while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. This position possesses strong mechanical skills, strong electrical skills, some programming skills, and strong computer skills. Is a PMMI Certified Trainer. Education & Experience Associates Degree preferred in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience; technical training preferred 2-5 years of field service or machine maintenance experience

Skills and Competencies:

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Strong Problem-solving mindset Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Willingness to travel frequently for service assignments

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

Regularly required to stand, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds. Exposure to moderate noise and potentially hazardous equipment, with required use of protective gear.

Ability to work independently:

Work carried out according to specific instructions and set procedures. Requires active supervision and coaching from team lead and/or peers.
