About the Role Greenwoods is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health clinician to join our outpatient practice. This clinician will carry a mixed caseload of English- and Spanish-speaking clients and will play a key role in expanding access to care for Spanish-speaking residents of Litchfield County. Mental health clinicians at Greenwoods are responsible for maintaining high-quality care and timely documentation. Weekly one-to-one supervision and group consultation are essential components of the work. Successful candidates will contribute to a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by upholding the company's mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities Hold a mixed caseload of English- and Spanish-speaking clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries. Provide assessment and psychotherapy in both Spanish and English, in person and via telehealth. Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate. Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients. Meet internal audit standards, including up-to-date progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment plans, and meeting referral timeline requirements. Complete 3-5 intake assessments per week. Complete 25 individual sessions per week (inclusive of assessments). Based on intake assessments, refer clients to the provider in our network who best meets their needs, prioritizing client/clinician fit. Participate in weekly individual supervision. Attend weekly clinical meetings and monthly all-staff meetings. Present at least one case at clinical meeting every six months. Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals and contribute to a positive culture that fosters integrity, respect, and a commitment to high-quality care. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.
D.) in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
Active Connecticut DPH license:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist. LMSW, LPCA, and LMFTA candidates will be considered. Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct assessment and psychotherapy in Spanish. Clinical documentation is completed in English. [confirm] Two years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting preferred. Experience providing culturally responsive care to Latino/Hispanic clients and families preferred. Proven competency in writing progress notes, intake assessments, treatment plans, and collateral documentation in accordance with employer standards.
