Valid School Psychologist certification (state-appropriate) Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and counseling students preferred Strong knowledge of IEP and 504 processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Fingerprinting required ($85 CBC fingerprinting fee applies) TB test and Child Protective Registry Check completion required Comfort working full-time onsite during school hours
Core Accountabilities:
Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and supportive counseling Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student intervention strategies Participate actively in special education eligibility, review, and planning meetings Offer crisis intervention and consult on behavioral supports as needed Maintain compliance with all district and state reporting and documentation Help foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students
