Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Valid Florida Department of Health School Psychologist License (FL DOH) School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary and middle grades Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Effective written and verbal communication skills Timely completion of district-required fingerprinting and badging processes (can utilize AHCA Clearinghouse if previously printed in Florida)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments for referred students in Pre-K through 8th grade Deliver direct and consultative services addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Collaborate on the development and implementation of IEPs and support plans Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention strategies as needed Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families to promote student success Work seamlessly across assigned campuses (exact locations to be determined) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
