Job Description
Bilingual Licensed Therapist / Psychologist - Private Practice $45-$70/hour | Full-Time | Winter Park, FL | Primarily In-Person + Televideo Tired of therapy feeling like the same session every week? We're looking for a bilingual English/Spanish licensed therapist or psychologist who wants to do more than traditional talk therapy. At Revibe Therapy , we specialize in helping clients create meaningful change through advanced therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (CBHT), Guided Imagery, and evidence-based psychotherapy . You don't need to walk through the door knowing everything. You do need to be curious, coachable, clinically strong, and excited about becoming exceptionally good at what you do. What Makes This Position Different We want to develop clinicians, not simply fill their calendars. You'll have the opportunity to learn and integrate approaches such as EMDR and Hypnotherapy/CBHT into your clinical work. Already trained? Even better. Not trained yet? We're interested in clinicians who genuinely want to develop these skills. The goal is to help you build a clinical toolbox that goes beyond simply talking about a problem week after week—and gives you additional ways to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, emotional patterns, performance barriers, and behavioral change. And There May Be More Beyond Therapy For the right clinician, developing these skills can eventually create opportunities beyond traditional psychotherapy. As you grow within the practice, there may be opportunities to expand into areas such as Life Coaching and Sports Psychology/Performance Coaching , where private-pay services can create additional professional and earning opportunities. These aren't requirements on Day One. Think of them as paths you can unlock as you develop. We want someone who sees their career as something that can continue evolving. Who We're Looking For You may be a master's-level clinician or doctoral-level psychologist.
