Practitioner's License for this state. Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a part-time, 1099 PSYCHOLOGIST Examiner for America's Veterans and Service Members as part of the Veterans Benefits Administration's disability claims process (also called Compensation and Pension exams). The Examiner will conduct a brief interview, review the Veteran's records, record the responses in a portal, and add a medical opinion (if requested). This process provides the support that allows the VBA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement). The ideal Examiner has experience conducting C&P exams, but not required. There is no treatment, no on-call responsibilities, no scheduling, and no billing necessary on your behalf. CREDENTIALING andHIRING REQUIREMENTS
2 years post-graduate experience required. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume. PsyD or PhD in Psychology degree from an APA accredited program at the time of graduation. Current and unrestricted state practitioner's license with no pending criminal case. Complete credentialing applications with additional documents submitted within 2 calendar days of invitation. Complete required ~16 hours of VBA video training plus agency training w/in 7 cal days = $400, w/in 14 cal days = $250, or over 15 cal days = $100. Other requirements established by the credentialing and hiring agencies that meet company, local, state, and federal standards or policies.PROFESSIONAL FEES
