Job Description

Make a real difference in the lives of elementary students by providing essential psychological support in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated school psychologists seeking a rewarding assignment beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 28. With a manageable caseload and a supportive atmosphere, you'll work onsite to foster student well-being.

Key Qualifications:

Active School Psychologist license and PEL required (please provide proof with your application) Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Familiarity with implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently onsite and manage time efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students identified for assessment Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through direct intervention and consultation with staff and families Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and multidisciplinary team meetings Consult with teachers, staff, and families to optimize academic and emotional outcomes Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal guidelines

Role Details:

Contract assignment, onsite only 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:45 AM - 3:30 PM) Elementary age students Caseload of 35-45 students split between two buildings Position begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year If you're passionate about supporting children and eager to make an immediate impact, we'd love to see your application!
