This contract position is available immediately and extends through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, offering a stable, long-term assignment near Elgin, IL. The role requires full-time commitment, ranging from 35 to 37.5 hours per week, with the added advantage of some hybrid scheduling options to support work-life balance. As part of a supportive special education team, youll have the chance to work across all grade levels in a diverse and collaborative educational environment. While your specific caseload will be determined upon placement, adaptability and confidence working with students from PreK to 8th grade are essential. Previous experience in schools, particularly in similar settings, will be highly valued.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with School Psychologist endorsement required Background or experience as a School Psychologist in an educational setting preferred Comfort and competence working with any grade level, PreK-8 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
