Qualifications and Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience in schools or with K-12 student populations preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education and behavior plans Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret test results for students Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and well-being Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed Assist in designing and monitoring academic and behavioral interventions Participate in IEP meetings, recommending strategies for classroom success Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal policies Foster an inclusive, supportive, and empowering school climate
