Key Qualifications:

Michigan School Psychologist Certification, or the willingness to pursue Michigan licensure promptly if relocating from another state Previous experience in a school setting is preferred Background in assessment and intervention, with strong skills in report writing and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, student-focused approach Comfort working in-person in a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments for students to determine academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Develop and help implement individualized education and intervention plans Serve as a resource for teachers, parents, and administrators on mental health and learning strategies Support positive behavioral intervention programs throughout the school Contribute to district-wide projects, expanding beyond solely testing to assist with a variety of psychological services Manage a caseload assigned to 12 buildings, working collaboratively with a team of three school psychologists across the district Enjoy the structure of a traditional academic calendar while making a substantial impact on student growth and success.
