As a School Based Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to students within an Elementary school setting including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support. You will also collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive environment that fosters student's well-being and academic success.Full Time Benefits:

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed. Provide consultation to parents and school staff. Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.Requirements:
Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:MN:
LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability provide assessment, treatment, consultation, and documentation services in either language as needed. Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and adolescents, which may include internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience. Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.Compensation:

$ 68,000 - 75,000Pre-licensed:
$ 50,000 - 55,000- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
