Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other staff Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs Make rounds in various housing areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention to inmates in need Consult with medical, security, and support staff to monitor behavioral changes and mental health progression Demonstrate expertise in psychological counseling techniques and methodologies What You Need Valid US license or sufficient eligibility to obtain one Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in correctional or institutional settings Key skills: Psychological assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, team collaboration
