Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment Utilize evidence-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
