Succeed:

Masters degree in School Psychology or related field (required) Valid School Psychologist Certification Previous experience working in schools preferred Knowledge of current best practices in assessment, intervention, and counseling Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and interpret results to support individualized student plans Offer counseling and guidance for students across K12, addressing academic, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress reports Promote a positive school climate through consultation, workshops, and staff training
