Key Qualifications:

Active NY Psychologist license (required) Previous experience in school settings, preferably at the elementary level Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and behavior intervention plans Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Collaborative, flexible, and passionate about supporting student well-being

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychological services within an assigned elementary school Administer appropriate assessments to determine students learning and emotional needs Interpret and communicate assessment results to staff and families Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding educational and behavioral interventions Deliver direct and indirect counseling to students as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Support a positive and inclusive school climate

Role Details:
