In this hybrid role, you will deliver in-person and telehealth care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes to improve patient well-being. You'll collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care partners in a culture grounded in empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office visits while maintaining high clinical standards Document sessions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in the electronic health record Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on integrated care Participate in case consultations, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, including HIPAAEngage in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise Required Skills Psychological assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention Treatment planning and outcome measurement Telehealth platforms and remote care delivery Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) Administration and interpretation of standardized tests Integrated care and interdisciplinary collaboration Ethical and legal standards in mental health practice Cultural competence in diverse patient populations
