This Full-Time Clinical Psychologist position (26 weekly sessions) is Hybrid allowing for both in-person and telehealth appointments with a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial diagnostic assessments and evidence-based treatment plans for older adolescents, adults, and couples Provide individual and/or family counseling tailored to client needs Manage crisis intervention/risk prevention cases effectively while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations Collaborate with other providers, family members and/or schools to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes Utilize telehealth platforms for therapy sessions when appropriate, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment progress notes, and clinical reports in accordance with best practices Attend monthly team meetings for the purpose of collaboration, consultation and team building
Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (post-docs will be considered) Proven experience working in outpatient settings Familiarity with evidence-based theory and interventions Experience using telehealth therapy platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively while maintaining professional boundaries Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, clinical ethical guidelines, and medical records management standards Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
