We seek a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role involving remote work and direct in-person services in local schools. This position is integral to our efforts to expand mental health support within educational settings, aligned with grant funding objectives. The successful candidate will provide clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and consultation, focusing on enhancing the psychological well-being of students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide psychotherapy to students across various schools.
• Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of the school environment and individual students, based on clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with school staff and other mental health professionals to coordinate and integrate mental health services within the school system.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all therapeutic sessions and communications.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support during emergencies at schools.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of current trends and innovations in school-based mental health practices.
• Participate in grant-related activities, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and reporting on program outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or similar professional certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical or counseling psychology, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in school settings.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to the needs of children and adolescents in educational environments.
• Proficient in digital tools for remote therapy sessions and client management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with educational staff and diverse student populations.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This package includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, professional development opportunities, and wellness programs.
