Psychological Testing Technician / Psychometrist Part-Time | West Los Angeles, CA Ready Psych Go is a growing psychology practice providing comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, teens, and adults. Following the growth of our Minnesota practice, we are expanding to West Los Angeles and are looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Psychological Testing Technician / Psychometrist to join us as we build our California location. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice at an early stage. The position will begin with a small number of assessment cases, with the opportunity for hours and responsibilities to expand as our West LA practice grows. This could be an especially good fit for someone looking to gain additional hands-on assessment experience, supplement an existing position or graduate program, or become an important part of a developing psychology practice. What You'll Do

• Administer standardized psychological and psychoeducational assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
• Accurately score and enter testing data
• Work with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with concerns such as ADHD, autism, learning differences, giftedness, and emotional or behavioral concerns
• Create a comfortable, supportive testing environment for clients and families
• Carefully follow standardized administration procedures
• Maintain accurate testing materials and documentation
• Communicate promptly with the supervising psychologist and Ready Psych Go team
• Help ensure assessment cases move efficiently from testing through scoring and completion Depending on experience and training, assessments may include measures of cognitive functioning, academic achievement, attention, executive functioning, memory, social-emotional functioning, and autism-related concerns. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
• Warm and comfortable working directly with children, teens, and adults
• Extremely reliable and attentive to detail
• Organized and able to follow standardized procedures closely
• Comfortable working independently while receiving supervision
• Professional and communicative
• Interested in psychological assessment and neurodiversity Previous experience administering or scoring psychological, neuropsychological, or psychoeducational assessments is strongly preferred.

Experience with measures such as the WISC, WAIS, WIAT, Woodcock-Johnson, BASC, Conners, ADOS-2, ADI-R, or related assessment tools is especially valuable. Candidates must meet applicable California requirements to perform psychological testing under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Candidates who are already registered as a California Psychological Testing Technician are strongly encouraged to apply. Schedule This is a flexible, part-time position based in our West Los Angeles office. Hours will initially be limited and based on assessment demand, with meaningful opportunity for the role to grow as the practice expands. Testing sessions are typically scheduled in blocks rather than short shifts, making this role particularly well suited for someone looking to add several assessment cases per month alongside another position, graduate program, or existing professional commitments. Some weekday availability is preferred. Additional flexibility is a plus. Compensation $35

• 45 per hour, depending on experience and assessment training.

Candidates with substantial psychological testing experience or specialized training may be considered at the higher end of the range. Why Ready Psych Go?
