What were looking for:

Valid Texas Licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Educator credential: School Psychologist license issued by the Texas board of examiners of psychologists Experience in school-based psychological services, assessments, and interventions Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families Commitment to ethical practice and student advocacy Comfortable with both onsite and hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) schedules Ability to complete onboarding procedures, including fingerprinting and registry list search Your impact in this role: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and recommendations Collaborate with educators and families to design individualized education and behavioral plans Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support student learning and emotional health Advocate for students needs and provide consultation to teachers and staff Maintain timely, compliant documentation and support eligibility determination Experience the advantage of schedule flexibility, with part-time or full-time hybrid options available so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
