Qualifications and Experience:

Valid certification as a School Psychologist Strong background in behavioral and counseling practices Proficient in conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and trauma-informed interventions Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and educational teams Comfort participating in IEP and Section 504 meetings Crisis response and safety planning experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small-group counseling tailored to student needs Complete psychoeducational and functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) Collaborate in developing, implementing, and monitoring BIPs Support MTSS implementation and consult on trauma-informed practices Participate in IEP/504 meetings and interdisciplinary case discussions Lead crisis response efforts and help create transition plans for student reintegration This full-time contract position (37.5 hours per week) offers a dynamic setting to utilize your clinical skills, professional judgment, and compassion.
