Qualifications & Requirements:
Specialist-level degree (Ed.

S.) or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program, including a supervised internship. Eligible for, or currently hold, a Tennessee School Service Personnel (SSP) School Psychologist license; reciprocity options available for out-of-state applicants. Successful completion of the Praxis School Psychologist Exam (5402) for Tennessee licensure. Capable of working a 30-32.5 hour week, Monday through Friday, for the full 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational evaluations (initial and re-evaluations). Participate in eligibility meetings and collaborate with school teams. Caseload with elementary and some high school students; re-evaluations occur every six years at a minimum. No requirements for FBAs or BIPs.
