Key responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for patients with acquired neurological conditions. Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary treatment team. Collaborate in developing individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions. Participate in admissions, treatment team meetings, family conferences, and patient rounds. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training for psychologists, psychometrists, interns, graduate students, and fellows. Supervise psychometrists and oversee neuropsychological assessment operations. Complete cognitive and neuropsychological screenings for transitional patients to guide treatment recommendations. Partner with Program Directors to enhance behavioral programming and clinical services. Develop and deliver educational training for clinical and direct care staff. Support new program development, quality improvement initiatives, and special projects. Participate in community outreach, referral development, and professional relationship building. Ensure compliance with all applicable Texas licensure standards and accreditation requirements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.
