The Counseling Center is seeking an experienced licensed Clinical Psychologist with demonstrated competency in independently conducting neuropsychological evaluations to help develop and expand a comprehensive outpatient assessment program. Our team includes psychologists, therapists, and psychiatric providers who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive outpatient mental health care. We are investing in expanding our assessment services to meet the growing need for high-quality diagnostic evaluations, particularly for cognitive disorders and complex diagnostic questions. Our vision is to become the leading outpatient destination for comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment in Northern Utah. Position Responsibilities The psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adults and adolescents, including: Dementia and cognitive decline Mild cognitive impairment Differential diagnosis of neurological and psychiatric conditions Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD Learning disorders Diagnostic clarification Personality assessment Other psychological and neuropsychological evaluations as clinically appropriate The successful candidate will collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, therapists, primary care providers, neurologists, geriatric providers, and other referral sources to provide clear diagnostic recommendations and treatment planning. The Counseling Center provides:

Established referral network and physician outreach Administrative scheduling support Insurance credentialing Billing and collections Office space Assessment platforms and testing materials Marketing support Multidisciplinary consultation with therapists and psychiatric providers Flexibility to help shape and grow the assessment program Compensation Compensation is fee-for-service and based on CPT codes billed, allowing clinicians to be compensated according to the complexity of each evaluation. Typical comprehensive evaluations currently generate approximately $600-800 in professional compensation, with more comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations generating higher compensation based on the CPT codes performed. Required Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.

D. in Clinical Psychology Current Utah psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure) Demonstrated competency to independently conduct neuropsychological evaluations of adults with cognitive concerns Experience evaluating dementia, mild cognitive impairment, traumatic brain injury, or other neurological conditions Strong psychological assessment, diagnostic, and report writing skills Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills Preferred Qualifications Formal postdoctoral training or fellowship experience in neuropsychology Experience collaborating with neurology, geriatrics, rehabilitation medicine, or primary care Experience conducting comprehensive dementia evaluations Experience with autism spectrum evaluations Familiarity with contemporary neuropsychological assessment instruments and evidence-based diagnostic practices Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.
