Possible Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Eureka, California . The Mammography Tech will perform high-quality mammography procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to support accurate breast imaging and diagnosis. Key Responsibilities Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures. Prepare and position patients accurately for imaging examinations. Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation. Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout procedures. Follow radiation safety and infection-control protocols. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Operate and maintain mammography imaging equipment. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements Active Mammography Technologist certification/license , as required. ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography may be required. BLS certification may be required based on facility requirements. Previous mammography experience preferred or required. Strong knowledge of mammography procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety.

$2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per week
