$54.23 - $60.02 per hour
Additional Compensation:
10% Lead Differential + $2.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead CT Technologist to provide leadership and operational support within our high-performing CT imaging team. This role supports departmental leadership in achieving operational, quality, and regulatory goals while ensuring efficient workflow, outstanding patient care, and exceptional imaging quality. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate daily staff assignments and monitor patient schedules to ensure efficient and safe patient throughput. Lead workflow activities to support high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Assist departmental leadership in achieving departmental and organizational goals and objectives. Maintain compliance with ACR accreditation standards, The Joint Commission requirements, and all applicable regulatory guidelines. Train, orient, and mentor new departmental personnel. Perform all duties of a CT Technologist, including patient preparation, imaging procedures, and contrast administration as applicable. Provide constructive feedback regarding staff performance and image quality. Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. Coach, motivate, and support team members to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Monitor imaging quality standards and recommend improvements when necessary. Report patient safety concerns promptly and appropriately. Ensure adequate inventory levels of departmental supplies and materials. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations. Qualifications Valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist License. Injection Certification/License required. ARRT Certification in Radiography. ARRT Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography (CT). Minimum of 3-5 years of CT Technologist experience in an acute care hospital setting. Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient care standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Prior experience serving as a Lead Technologist, Senior Technologist, or in a supervisory capacity. Experience with ACR accreditation standards and regulatory compliance initiatives.
