Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role providing essential diagnostic imaging within a dynamic healthcare environment. As an X-ray Technologist, you will be part of a dedicated imaging team, supporting accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
13-week assignment Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (5x8s, day shift)
Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT(R) certification required BLS certification required Rhode Island License (candidates with a pending license will be considered) Demonstrated experience in Level I trauma settings Proficiency working with Philips Carestream, GE, portable units, and C-Arms preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray exams for patients across varying acuity levels, including trauma cases Operate and maintain a range of radiologic equipment (Philips Carestream, GE, portables, C-Arms) Ensure patient safety and comfort while following all protocols and regulatory requirements Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and team members to deliver accurate and timely imaging results Accurately document procedures and update medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
