Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment safely and effectively Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation Follow ALARA principles and radiation safety standards Screen patients and assist with IV and oral contrast administration per protocol Verify patient identification and maintain accurate imaging and patient records Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians for timely, accurate exams Monitor patients during and after procedures, responding promptly to concerns Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment; report issues for timely service Adhere to hospital, regulatory, and infection control policies and procedures Required Skills CT imaging operation Radiologic positioning Radiation safety/ALARAContrast administration Patient assessment
