Overview:

Timewise is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, explaining services, and creating a welcoming environment for our carwash operations. If you have a passion for service and a knack for sales, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions.

Handle payments and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Promote loyalty programs and upsell services to enhance customer experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area.

Support team members and assist with site operations as needed.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Provide customers with courteous and efficient service

Requirements:

Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.

Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required

Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications:
