EZCare Walk-In Medical Center is opening a brand-new urgent care in Altavista, and we're hiring Radiologic Technologists to help us open the doors — full-time, part-time, and PRN. This is a ground-floor role at a new clinic — you'll help set up the imaging workflow, not inherit someone else's. EZCare operates walk-in medical centers across Virginia and West Virginia, and Altavista is our sixth location, opening December 2026. We're flexible on how you work with us: Full-time — three to four shifts per week, with benefits Part-time — a set one or two shifts a week, if you want steady hours without a full schedule PRN / as-needed — pick up shifts around another job, school, or family; great fit if you're already working hospital and want extra hours Tell us in your application which one you're after. We're building the full schedule from scratch, so there's more room to work around you than there would be at an established clinic. What you'll do Perform diagnostic X-ray exams on walk-in urgent care patients — chest, extremities, and spine Position patients, select technique, and produce clean, diagnostic-quality images the first time Maintain imaging equipment, supplies, and radiation safety practices Room patients, take vitals, and document in the EMR Give injections and run point-of-care testing (flu, COVID, RSV, strep) Support DOT and occupational medicine visits, including drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing (we'll pay for your certification if you don't have it) Cross-train to cover the front desk during busy stretches What we're looking for Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist-Limited (RT-L) license, or ARRT(R) registration with Virginia licensure — both work here New graduates and newly licensed techs are welcome to apply Current BLS/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain before start Comfortable moving fast in a walk-in setting where the schedule isn't predictable A genuinely friendly presence — in urgent care, you are often the person a patient remembers Benefits Full-time team members receive: Group health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off All team members, including part-time and
