This energetic role involves developing engaging programs, fostering meaningful resident relationships, and coordinating activities that promote well-being, independence, and social connection. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for senior care, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to creating a vibrant community environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' daily experiences while working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and coordinate resident-centered events and recreational activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities Build strong rapport with residents by providing personalized support, active listening, and empathetic engagement Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and medication reminders as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth schedule management and seamless resident service deliveryt Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and update on resident progress Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living, or senior care environments with a focus on independent living environment. Strong background in event planning, recreational therapy, and concierge services Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect genuinely with seniors and their families Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment Experience working with geriatric residents Join us in creating an enriching community where every resident feels valued, supported, and engaged.
