Hope Network seeks a compassionate Rehab Technician for our Life Enrichment team. In this role, you'll support therapists and clinicians by assisting with therapeutic activities, group programs, and individualized life-enrichment plans for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. Responsibilities include preparing and leading activities, providing mobility and ADL support, tracking participation and progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, receive ongoing training, and help participants build independence and quality of life every day. Responsibilities Assist therapists with implementing rehab and life enrichment activities Support participants with mobility, transfers, and basic ADLs as directed Prepare, set up, and clean activity and treatment spaces Document attendance, participation, and observable changes in progress Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff on care plans Encourage independence, social engagement, and goal achievement Monitor for safety risks and follow infection control practices Communicate participant needs and concerns promptly to clinical staff Participate in trainings and team meetings to improve service quality Required Skills Rehabilitation therapy support Activity planning and coordination Patient transfer and mobility assistance Documentation and record-keeping Observation and reporting of patient progress Basic computer skills (EHR or documentation systems) Infection control practices Communication with interdisciplinary teams Safety and de-escalation techniques Time management and organization
