Competitive Pay:
$19•$21.50/hour + Credit for experience
Flexible Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 8 am•5:00 pm with weekend rotations

What You'll Do:
Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within the assisted living setting, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents. Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters; gather resident feedback through surveys; collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded, meaningful daily program. Personally facilitate activities and outings•including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events. Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging. Support marketing efforts, build community relationships, and occasionally assist with tours and apartment rentals
