Rising Tide Specialized Therapies, LLC provides exceptional therapeutic services for individuals with disabilities throughout Texas. At Rising Tide we aspire to make a positive impact on our community while providing the tools and support to enrich the lives and overall wellbeing of our clients. We are seeking a motivated, passionate, creative, & dependable Recreation Therapist to join our growing team (in the Bryan/College Station Area) with the flexibility to build your caseload, tailor your own schedule and we offer competitive compensation. Our company currently serves clients in several areas: Austin, Houston, San Antonio & many areas in between. We are currently looking to pair clients with therapists in the following areas: Recreation (hours & area) : 4 Hrs./wk.

• College Station 2 Hrs./wk.
• College Station Rec. Eval.
• Bryan Rec. Eval.
• Brenham
• several pre-enrolled clients who will need evaluations
• Bryan
• Aquatic (if certified or open to getting certified upon onboarding): 2 Hrs./wk.
• Fayetteville Aqua Eval.
• Brenham More opportunities are also available to grow your caseload, as we are consistently getting referrals for new clients & they have pre-enrollment clients.

Position Requirements:

Provide one-on-one recreation therapy services (primarily in the community) Create, implement, & evaluate goals and objectives specific to each client's individual needs & interests Provide all documentation in a timely manner (session notes, quarterlies, assessments, etc.) Communicate effectively with clients, client family, care team members, & other service providers Driving

• insure reliable transportation for yourself and transport of clients to and from community activities Open to collaborating on group community outreach projects with the Rising Tide team Position Credentials (Required): Candidates must hold proper credential as CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) granted by NCTRC.

All service providers must also have/maintain the following: Bachelor's degree (or higher) Social Security Card Certification/License in respective field Professional Liability Insurance Valid Driver's License CPR Certification Must complete ANE training (upon hire) Background check (upon hire) Preferred Skills (not required): Aquatic certification (or willingness to get Aquatic certified) Sign Language and/or experience with using communication devices
