Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Travel An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced RN with strong ICU expertise. In this contract role, you will play a critical part in monitoring and caring for patients with complex medical needs in a high-acuity ICU environment. Your ability to provide compassionate, efficient, and clinically excellent care will be essential in supporting patient recovery and positive outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Demonstrated experience in ICU or critical care nursing Advanced skills in patient assessment, invasive monitoring, and ventilator management Ability to respond quickly in emergencies and maintain composure under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients Continuously assess and monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to interventions Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and respiratory therapists Administer and titrate medications, manage infusions, and operate advanced life-support equipment Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation of all patient care activities Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and necessary interventions Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards This contract offers an excellent way to broaden your experience in a supportive ICU setting, working alongside dedicated professionals committed to exceptional patient care.
