What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse , you'll be a key member of the nursing leadership team responsible for guiding clinical operations and supporting the success of our nurses and nursing assistants.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive, accountable work environment. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of nursing practice. Monitor resident care, documentation, medication administration, infection prevention, and quality measures. Perform clinical assessments and provide guidance during complex resident care situations. Partner with physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible resident outcomes. Assist with staffing coordination, performance management, orientation, and ongoing education. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead quality initiatives that enhance resident care and team performance. Support survey readiness and maintain a culture of continuous compliance. Qualified candidates will have: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas. Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, ADON, Weekend Supervisor, or another nursing leadership role strongly preferred. Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring nursing teams. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Working knowledge of CMS regulations, infection prevention, quality measures, and survey readiness.
