Home Infusion Nurse (RN)

Up to 2 hours one way from home base About the Role We're seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated infusion therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. You'll deliver advanced infusion therapies—including immunoglobulin (Ig) therapy, biologics, and specialty infusions —while ensuring safety, comfort, and excellent clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer and monitor home infusion treatments, including IVIG, subcutaneous IG, and other biologic infusions . Conduct patient assessments prior to and during therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy, side effects, and home care procedures. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to optimize therapy outcomes. Travel up to 2 hours one way to provide care within your designated region. Qualifications Active RN license in [state(s) of practice]. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience—home infusion, emergency room, critical care, or IV therapy preferred. Strong IV skills and comfort with ports, infusion pumps and venous access devices. Excellent communication, time management, and patient education skills.
