Requirements:

2+ years of acute medical Case Management experience Strong Care Coordination & Discharge Planning experience Acute hospital Case Management/Utilization Review experience Experience assessing patients and developing Plans of Care Experience determining medical necessity using evidence-based guidelines Experience with DME needs assessment and coordination Knowledge of

CMS, DRG, HIPAA, CPT

coding/billing & regulatory requirements Experience working with HMOs and IPAs ICU, Med-Surg and/or SDU/PCU/IMC/Observation experience Epic experience required Active California RN License required by start date; pending license may be considered Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers may be screened RTO should be limited to 7 days maximum Must be available to meet facility holiday requirements

Pay:

$2,650.00
