What You'll Do As an Operating Room Nurse at A&M Surgery Center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures and the comfort of our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing the operating room for procedures and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available. Circulating during surgeries to assist the surgical team and maintain a sterile environment. Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to deliver top-quality care. Maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and patient information. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
Experience:
At least 1 year of professional nursing experience, with specific experience circulating in the operating room.
Licensure:
Active and unrestricted nursing license.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Team Player:
