Category Schools - RN Nurse Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive school district near Sebastopol, California . As a School RN, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to ensure students receive the medical support they need to thrive throughout the school day. Position Details Full-time, school-based opportunity Onsite near Sebastopol, CA 2026-2027 school year Monday-Friday schedule Caseload determined based on district needs Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies Develop and maintain Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Care Plans (ECPs) Monitor students with chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, seizure disorders, asthma, and severe allergies Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate follow-up care Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines Collaborate with school administrators, special education teams, families, and outside healthcare providers Promote wellness through health education and preventative care initiatives Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required Current CPR/BLS certification Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Previous pediatric, school nursing, or public health experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Why Work with Soliant?
