Details:
Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service through a compassionate, supportive team that values communication, integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth. We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and results-driven Executive Director/Administrator to lead our hospice operations and clinical team in our Walnut Creek office. They will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality, and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate brings strong hospice leadership experience, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to strategically lead both people and operations. Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services , ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence. Lead, develop, and mentor the team , fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence. Support Suncrest Hospice's mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives. Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.
Qualifications:
Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills. Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others. 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred 2+ years of leadership experience in a direct hospice setting as a director of nursing or adminsitrator Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice. Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objections and goals Implement policies, procedures and best practice for operations
