Provides advanced direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical PCU setting, utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment, including ICU or PCU levels. Emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and a multidisciplinary team approach.Responsibilities:
Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, model proficiency through precepting, prioritize wellness and patient-centered care, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.Qualifications and Skills:
Must hold a CO RN license or eNLC privileges, have at least 1 year of experience, and possess ACLS and BLS certifications. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment is essential.Key Duties:
