Skills & Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Med Surg environment BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) Excellent assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced patient care settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care to a diverse adult population Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medication and treatments Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Support patient and family education regarding care plans
