We are expanding and seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for the opening of our brand-new unit. In this role, you will be part of a pioneering team delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. You will manage complex medical technology, administer medications, and build meaningful, long-term bonds with patients and their families in an innovative, supportive setting. Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Care:
    Provide comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, wound care, and respiratory support.
      Technology Management:
      Safely manage ventilators, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and central lines.
        Medication Administration:
        Safely administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders.
          Care Planning:
          Develop, evaluate, and update individualized pediatric care plans.
            Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
            Partner with therapists, educators, and physicians to achieve developmental and clinical milestones.
              Family Support:
              Offer ongoing guidance, education, and compassionate communication to families. Qualifications
                Licensure:
                Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware (or multi-state compact license).
                  Experience:
                  1+ year of nursing experience preferred (Pediatric, NICU, PICU, or ventilator/complex care background is a plus).
                    Education:
                    Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
                      Certifications:
                      Current BLS/CPR certification required; PALS preferred.
